I currently own an oscommerce site and am beginning to look at changing it up. These are some of my competitors with nice sites - can you tell what carts they are using? Or are they all custom?
btosports.com
motosport.com
rockymountainatv.com
Thanks

btosports.com
motosport.com
rockymountainatv.com
Thanks
I would take a case and say magento, thats like a 50 50 chance.
If your looking to move to a nice and easy solution, I would recommand prestashop
I teach my clients to build their ecommerce site with prestashop and they love it.
Tons of features, good modules for free and uses php and css w/ lili ajax.
Good Luck
I am using AJ Shopping Cart Software, Which is providing more admin friendly features to me. AJ Shopping Cart made my Ecommerce much simpler than others. One of the best ecommerce solution.
btosports.com is using Miva Merchant
motosport.com - not sure at this point, could be custom
rockymountainatv.com is using www.westringtechnologies.com for all or part of their site
I'll post back if I come up with more info
Based on the file structure of motosport.com I would have to say they are using Magento (possibly the Enterprise Edition of Magento) - or something similar. The file structure is very similar to Magento but the checkout process is not 'out-of-the-box' Magento-like. So if thy are using this platform, it's most likely they did some heavy custom modifications.
Hello everyone
I have a similar question : What are they using ?
http://calculator.fereastracora.ro/c...products_range
I need a similar cart for the same product and my client finds their approach appealing.
So if anyone have seen that particular cart before I`d appreciate some pointers.
Thank you ! :o
Hi, first post here! Can anyone tell what cart these guys are using:
http://www.yarn.com
I need to do something similar. Thanks!
It's definitely on ColdFusion and looks like it is probably custom.
You can always start with a shopping cart with a back-end that works well for you.
Designers can always come in later to create a front-end just the way you want :)
Well if your looking to migrate, you should go with the top of the line ecommerce platform and that is magento. Magento has been really popular this days and a lot of ecommerce site are transferring to it. The reason is they offer complete flexibility, feature rich and scalability giving you total control over the look and functionality of your online store.
