Who knows about simply accounting and quick books???

I am a "budding" lawyer and need an accounting software program which has invoices that can professional fees, disbursements, taxes and Court fees.

I have heard about simply accounting and quick books and befor I get training want to know which one is best suited for me.

As a beta tester for Quickbooks and a very satisfied user of the latest version (I will be testing the next as well) I can recommend it to any professional. I use it for my business and integrate with Turbotax (I am a tester for this as well). The Accountant's Copy feature will save you hours at tax time and the other on-line features including data backup and merchant accounts are well worth the money. Support is awesome as well. I can't recommend it strongly enough.

Quickbooks is always fine one. Quickbooks is a leading accounting software where in all your accounts are updated and you can raise all the invoices and maintain your fullest accounts.

Adagio Time & Billing handles both time tracking (at multiple rates) and invoicing and tracking of payables that have to be billed back to the client. Adagio is a true accounting package. You will find QuickBooks is fine for bookkeeping if you will then have your Accountant complete the accounting and financial reporting for you.

By the way, Adagio FX will retrieve data from either QuickBooks or Simply Accounting and easily produce complex financial reports from it. Also good for budgeting and budget variance reporting, cash flow analysis, and other management reporting.
