Software with Sales/Contract Order Processing

I am from a small company and the nature of our business is that we receive orders/contracts from clients which needs to be invoiced over a period of time (from 3 months to 5 years)
We are looking for an accounting system which can, in addition to the normal accounting functions, do the following
1) Set up Sales Orders - these are orders from clients and represent the total value of our sale over a period of time
2) Invoice monthly against these sales orders - invoices need to be raised automatically on a recurring basis over the specified period of time. These invoices may be of equal or of arbitrary amounts as specified by the user.
3) Control over the orders received and invoicing to ensure that the projects are invoiced properly and correctly and that no under invoicing or over invoicing takes place
From my research there is no specific module to do this in accounting software - can anyone help please ? I have done a test run of the Sage Accounting software as well
