Impact of Kurant purchase for eBay users?

What do users of eBay and StoreSense think of this move by eBay last week? Curious to get some additional feedback.

As a Kurant user that has been having continual problems with automated credit card processing linkage from closing e-bay auctions through to the Kurant software, I can only hope the merger will help.
