Shipping On EBAY
I have been shipping a descent amount of products lately on EBAY. I assume this is the case whether you ship based on any order. What prevents the customer from saying he/she never recieved the package? I guess shipping confirmation is the only way?????
Thanks.

You can always inform the shipment providers, that it's mandate to collect signature from Customer on Delivery.
You might also wanna explore the T&C around it.

How did you post the items? If you used the normal post and have the recite you have proof of posting this means that if the customer denies delivery you can claim your money back through the post office and dont quote me on this, in the uk its about up to 30 pounds you can get back. the recipient will have to fill in a form stating they didn't receive it. If they wont its an admittance of guilt, once they have done that if they did its proper postal fraud one of the first thing the post office dos is ask the postmen if they remember delivering it. any way you have to be pretty stupid to try and defraud the actual post office. Like i said you will get your money back. I know because it happened to me and they sent me a cheque i could not believe how easy it was the ebay parcel i sent was going from the uk to Germany so even international is covered. make sure you ask for proof of postage.
