Regarding your site's performance: It loads quickly at my location, but this is surely quite subjective.
Host-Tracker rates it at an average of 24 KB/s, which is a good result. See http://host-tracker.com/check_res_ajx/975252-0/share/ for details.
If reliability and performance is important for you, you may consider a service like http://www.watchmouse.com - anyway, a good hosting provider can also take over this job and provide a higher up-time guarantee as well as tracking services.
Regarding your layout... it is really great. Beside of a few things I don't see much space for improvement (and it is more a thing of personal taste):
1. I'm eager to hear what others have to say about your short jingle implemented. While it is not disturbing in my mind (since short and not repeating), usually people either hate sounds on websites or love it.
2. Meta tags are looking fine, too.
3. When visiting your site first time, the user may be a bit lost. So perhaps you should point out your services more closer: I would move the three service boxes ("installable", "on-demand", "mobile") to the first 1/3 of the screen. So it is obvious what you have to offer.
4. The text colour used on the sub-pages could be darker; otherwise some users may have problems reading it easily.

its a nice little jingle. woulnt shoot someone out of thier chiar if their volume was up.
