anyone use securenetshop?

I'm currently using securenetshop and noticed on their main page that they have removed their website building package as a product. It's now difficult to find unless you go to their site map. Also, they haven't made any system updates in about a year. I always have it in the back of my mind that they are swaying away from these services. I have never met anyone who uses them so if anyone does please tell me what you think about them and if you've had any issues with them. Thanks
