What if I want to sell my website, is there recommendations out there on how to do this? I have received good advice from this forum, but I really am at a point where I am considering selling the site(inventory, mailing list, etc)....
Any ideas on this topic?

Do you want to sell your entire site and domain one-time or do you intend to sell the concept only (some kind of merchandising) ?
Selling a site is like selling collectors items. If you find someone paying a high amount, you can call yourself lucky. But often such attempts fail and a site is never sold.
Telling the truth, if you want to sell the site because business goes bad and you make not enough profit... why do you think that an other person is interested in ? Anyway, there are always people looking for ready-to-start websites, but then you need an up-to-date customer address database (let's say a few hundreds records at least).
All in all, don't expect too much.
