3rd party taxes

I live in Australia,But somebody from say "america" wants to upload a file to my website(in Australia) for a fee...Do i pay any tax to USA?

My company is registered in australia,but not in the USA.I know i have to pay taxes on everythink here in Australia that i earn, but, as it's only a file and not a physical product..??and it is from USA.Do i pay USA anything??

and yes ive google it,,I'm having trouble finding the answer.

I seriously doubt it. You'd only have to pay taxes in the place where the transaction took place.
