We market to higher-end residents with estate homes as well as commercial clients such as apartment complexes, condominium associations, property management companies etc.

Not terribly bad.
my suggestions would be to change the background color to a soft color, mabey a light grey
i would get rid of the 3 icons at the very top right, you have a contact page with your phone on it. thats good
i would make the body as wide as the header and bottom pics
i would have the before photos straight.
otherwise, its not bad

The blue background color isn't very professional. I would definitely change it along with the tilted pictures.
The background color must be changed. I don't like the pics at the top & bottom hanging into the blue. Can you square off the entire page. I think it would look cleaner. Your top nav gets a bit lost. Maybe ad a rollover effect or something?

I quite like the site. The background colour seems to be getting most of the attention, although I don't really mind it too much. I think it would look better though if you maybe faded the colour, so that it transitioned into a lighter blue and wasn't just one colour throughout.
Another thing I would change is the alignment between the photos, the top banner and the centre block. I think if the edges all lined up it would give the site a more-professional feel.
