How to track trademark violation?

Is there any software or procedure used to track trademark violation done by unauthorized persons on the 3 biggest SEs in www?

Although i cannot say for sure but i am pretty confident there is no software as such ... u can just sense it !!!
Like site getting a 500 backlinks over night or something like that.
