I'm looking at moving my website over to a new e commerce platform because I don't like the high hosting fees that I'm currently being charged. I've narrowed it down to the above 3 because I'm not a technie and need a product that is easy to use. I originally had the site custom designed using CSS. My store will have around 30 - 50 products in the health/beauty industry and I don't anticipate going over 100 skus in the next 2-3 years.
Anyone have any recommendations.

Yahoo can be good for some, but keep in mind that you are also using the Yahoo Electronic Payment gateway which charges you a transaction fee (most gateways do not charge a transaction fee). Yahoo Merchant Solutions might help a little bit to explain some of the charges.
Look through all the charges. It might be cheaper to hire someone to help you set up a website with a gateway that only charges a flat fee a month and then most carts run themselves and give you the ability to update them as needed.
Just spoke to one of their reps and the main advantage is the lack of transaction fee (which can add up). It looks like a simple solution for me.
Keep in mind that with Monster you will probably use another gateway, i.e. LinkPoint, Authorize.net, Payflow. Some of the gateways will give you some transactions for free or some won't charge at all.
Don't forget us! We don't charge any transaction fees. :)
I ran across a Free hosted cart at http://www.Wosbee.com seemed interesting.
All 3 are wrong choices, if fees is the reason why you are moving from current provider. You should look at hosted ecommerce solutions.

As you can see it's a tough market to figure out and more players keep coming into the marketplace.
Monthly fees, monthly fees with commissions, license fees - and we haven't even talked feature lists. It get's pretty overwhelming to decide. We just launch our free storefront application at Realstores.com.
If you find you need something that has been around for a while my recommendation (and all these offerings have blemishes) would be to use MonsterCommerce. It has it's quirks, but it's cheap enough and it's been around for a while. I will say I have not used Volusion so I can't comment on their offering.
