Never heard of "my shop kart." But it sounds like someone has a built-in advertisement. Or maybe something going on at the server? ANy idea of the frequency of the ads? Are they regular? Any pattern?

Shop cart
Yeah I know the problem cause I don't have control of the program I thought I would try a turn key site.Last time they told me They didn't know what caused it I am no expert on programing but i don't think the path change by them self. It was working fine few weeks later it started I emailed it went away few weeks later it was back. I think I will pack it in with them. Does any one know if I keep the same domain name can I just switch to a new host as not to lose the work I put in to it already.
thanks

Check the agreement about domain name

It looks like it is based on some old version of osCommerce. Some of the core features have been removed to help keep it "turnkey". it is an affiliate site it seems. You can transfer your data to similar platforms if you want to host it externally. it seems to be more of an affiliate site. those tend to have adds built in....also...if they control the domain names for copy sites with the affiliates they could just have bad domain name controls.

You are paying the platform provider for a site and a service. I do not think you should take "i dont know' for a response...as that doesnt sound like much of one. Besides the lack of support....you should only work with a site that lets YOU control the program. You can just have admin. You need FTP and database access to be sure you have real control.
You can take Fragrance X and the womens apparel data and move it to another host.

The only person who should ever own the domain name to your store is YOU. If your supplier or platform provider own it...then you can spend months building a brand and if you want to move OR even if you dont the "turnkey" store can simply point "your" domain name to a site that they run. I have seen resellers AND even big supplier programs run into issues when their programmer left or stopped supporting them and they lost all access to their domain name since it was not registered in their name from the start.
