Business PLan
Hi. My name is Sawhney89. I am a senior at a High School in NJ. I am involved in the business department at our school and involved in DECA, a internationally recognized business organization.
For DECA, my partner and I had to create a 30 page e-commerce business plan. The plan is comprised of the same depth and elements of a real one. The format is also the same as the ones which you would normally see come into your office. During the competition, we will be judged at two different levels: states and internationals. In last year's competition, my partner and I were finalists in the international level of competition for the E-commerce Business Plan Event. Because of last year's success, we have decided to compete once more. So far, we have spent approximately thirty hours working on the paper. I was wondering if you could please take a look at our plan and offer any suggestions on it, treating it as a business plan which you may receive from real entrepreneurs.
I know that everyone's schedule is very busy and any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much for your time and have a wonderful day.
Sincerely,
Sawhney89

HA!
One of lessons you dont want to have to learn the hard way is.....dont show your business plan to ANYONE unless you are meeting with the bank/fund provider and you have some comitment or Non-Comp Agreement.
I am sure everyone at the contest has their plans displayed...but...after high school if you come up with one you dont want to share that stuff on a forum ;-) Otherwise you might get excited and ready to start your biz only to find out your well laid out plan just helped someone else :D
