I've had my website up for about a year and it's starting to generate some income.
I have endeavored to make it obvious what we are selling and as easy as possible for customers to find the service they want, but a critical eye from experienced e-commerce designers would be appreciated.

I don't see anything wrong. The design isn't eye-catching but with a site like this, that might just detract from the content. It's surely clear at a glance what the site is about. It's a comparison site for VoIP services.
