Need Advice.

Hi All,

I'm in the process of launching home technology services offerings site. The site is not 100% done yet, mostly because i've run out of creativity. I need help and public opinion on:
a. Look and Feel.
b. Navigation.
c. Content.
d. Design.
e. everything else.

Personally i think it looks pretty good but it's missing a certain "je ne ce qua" that would make people stay, browse, and eventually buy.

Well I think part of the problem may be that some of what you offer is readily available on the web for free. There are a number of tech support forums that will help users for free to deal with issues like spyware and virtually any other user PC related issue.
