Phone Survey software
Hi,
Just curious to know if anybody has used a "Phone Survey" software, which automatically dials out and calls the customer phone number and asks them to take a quick survey for the product they purchased or service that was provided and records it for internally use.
If you guys have worked or evaluted, pls share your thoughts as I'm researching more about this software for my client.
I have come across www.voiceshot.com and www.angel.com, pls share your links ....
Thanks

Not sure if this will be helpful, but last year we profiled this Angel.com user on SmallBusinessComputing.com.

My evaluation
Dan,
Thanks for the links, very informative.
Upon evaluating the software for a week, I found Angel.com very easy to use web based application, I was looking for phone survey feature and they have figured it all, it was easy to get started and evaluate the features within couple of Hrs, I was able to setup and demo my clients like a Pro....
Small and medium business can take advantage of this feature:
a) If your customer centric and want to provide customer satisfication then you can setup a survey and ask your customers to take a simple short survey and the results are posted back into your SQL server via https or they can drop the file to your FTP
b) If you want to get opinion's then you can setup a Survey and allow people to vote on your questions
c) For Phone Order scenario's you can make use of this feature for collecing valuable feedback by redirecting them to this survey over phone...
Cost:
It comes in 2 plans, Local or Toll free plans I decided to take 300 minutes, $29.95 / month local since the office is in same calling area for my client, so setup a survey which takes 2-5 minutes and you can have 60 calls additional minutes 10 cents per minute
Happy Customer:
I rate this service GOOD, easy to use, no hazzle, and a great way to hear feedback from your customers ...

Looks like I'm a little late on this topic, but you might also want to check out UCN. Similar offerings to angel, but in our case it turned out to be slightly cheaper.
