Has anyone here migrated away from Shopify Stocky or moved to a different inventory or ERP system?

I?m researching which data can become unreliable during or after the migration, especially:

open purchase orders
partially received orders
incoming inventory
supplier information
product costs
inventory history
replenishment rules

I?m particularly interested in real cases where a data issue caused overordering, stockouts, duplicate purchases, or manual purchase-order reviews.

Anonymous examples are completely welcome. I?m not selling anything; I?m simply trying to understand what actually goes wrong in practice.
