I want to do email marketing to sell my products on my ecommerce website. I want to know the best softwares/websites which provide this kind of services at very affordable prices. So as the emails tracking is done completely. Un-limited emails/newsletter etc. can be sent.

Unless you have an opted in list of people that asked you to send a news letter or are some how existing clients I don't recommend this. Returns on blind email marketing tend to be very very low. Also there's a chance you'll be rated as a spammer.

Check out Constant Contact for the newsletter. As far as the Opt In list there are several ways you can do this.....the most basic is by putting a signup on your website.
