I have been a user of http://www.grocerygateway.com/

There are 2 main approaches to online groccery

a) Setup your own distribution network

b) Partner with an existing grocery store

The later option, has been proven to be most succesful.

Issues Involved:
---------------
a) Delivery (operational & timing windows)
b) Requirement of Refridgerated Trucks
c) Payment Method (usually credit-card)
