simply accounting

hi. one simple question and i hope there will be a few responses. i want to know if there is such thing to change the invoicing format in simply accounting so that it will look presentable in terms of printing it. i'm trying to help my dad set it up but we dont know if there is a special software that needs to be downloaded in order for the program to change. if so can someone please respond or better yet...if anyone knows another, preferably free, invoicing program that can be downloadable on the net please provide a link. all your help is appreciated. thank you.

Simply Accounting Invoices

Simply Accounting uses Crystal Reports to edit their invoices, or some of them, anyways. Check your CD out to install it, then go to Reports & Forms, pick Invoices tab (for example), select Form Type as Custom, select a custom invoice, and use Customize Form for Crystal Reports to open and edit it.

HTH, Linda
