Exclamation Modem

Hello everybody,

I'm here again with this problem that appears just today (before it was working well):

Operating System Windows 2000 Professional

Error Message: " This device is not working properly because Windos cannot load the drivers required for this device (Code 31)

Please, could somebody tell me how I can fix it ?

Thank you for your time and consideration

David

Reinstall the device

I would reinstall the device drivers that came with the modem. If you have the disk that came with it and should be fairly easy to do.

Also, I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask these sorts of questions. Perhaps a usenet newsgroup for computer support would be better. Usenet groups probably get more eyeballs than these forums, too.

Also try visiting the manufactures website, this might be a known problem. They could have an updated driver.

Cheers
