How To Set Up and Manage Margin Investment Account in Quicken 2004 for Windows XP

Hi,Folks:

I am seeking assistance with Quicken 2004 for Windows XP to set up and manage a margin account with my stock broker. I track a few stocks and mutual funds. From time to time I borrow funds from my margin account to purchase stock through my broker. I cannot determine how to account for these transactions in Quicken. Recently, I began using Quicken Deluxe 2004, which is much different from the previous Quicken version I used. In the previous version I was not accounting for these transactions properly, but there I could manipulate the transactions so that even though what I did might not have been proper, I could at least determine what was occurring. Now, I am having a problem with a "cash balance" in my investment account. I am unable to locate that portion of Quicken Deluxe 2004 that enables me to correct for the "cash balance" condition.

Any Quicken investment gurus out there?

Thanks.
