My name is Cliff Butler, and I am the lead developer for Partially Sane Web Development. We offer services and software to small businesses looking to establish a business presence online. Our current flagship product, Impulse 4.2, has been on the market for several years now, and we are currently in the process of developing a new software shopping cart solution.

I have several purposes in posting here today--first of all, obviously, exposure is good; we would love to get business from this.

More importantly than that, though, we're looking to establish relationships with other small business owners, to find out just what people are looking for in e-commerce companies. Because we're a small business, too, and I'd love to hear some thoughts from others about what you'd like to see in shopping cart software and services.
