Good morning to everyone.

This is my first post and I hope not to annoy you.

I'm starting my own business and currently I'm developing an application designed specifically for small business management. I received the hint from many businessmen I know. It's going to be something lightweight and quite cheap, while providing some sophisticated features that normally are found in big ERP softwares. In addictions, it will be designed to help make order in the mess of word/excel/mails which resides im many of ours boxes.
What I would like to know from you is:
what is your worst headache that a software can cure?
I'd appreciate any help in order to focus on the most usefull features and do something really usefull.
