Please review site which offers affiliates teh opportunity to sign up to a new merchant account affiliate program. What do you think needs to be changed/removed/added if anything?

Well it loaded very fast and overall it's a pretty pro looking site, but a couple minor things; the image of the fellow whose head is cutoff just about the mouth, is a bit odd. I mean the fact that half his head's chopped off. Also there are no hover states for any of the links, and I might put some very light shading under the left hand column. Outside of the header with the flash, the site is very white which makes it look a little bland.
