Best E-commerce shopping cart?

I am putting together my e-commerce site and I am looking for a good shopping cart for the site.

I have looked into volusion and 3D Cart.

Like everyone else I am looking for an SEO friendly and affordable option.

3D cart sites are kinda ugly but it's cheap.

Volusion sites look good but they are more expensive.

I'll probably start out with about 100 products to get "warmed up" and get the process down.

Are there better alternatives to these two?

Any suggestions for logo and site design services?

These are huge issues for my site and I just wondered if there were any vets out there that could help me out. Thanks!

I use CS-Cart for my site at www.vitaminlink.net. Everyone has their preferences and you'll get a lot of different choices which might leave you as confused as you were before asking this question.

Some of the things you might want to consider besides price are:

• After purchase support. Is there a viable forum where you can go to get your questions answered.
  
• Does the cart support SEO friendly URL's.
  
• What payment processors does it support.
  
• Are shipping and taxes easy to configure.
  
• How about product configuration. Can you add product options like sizes and colors.
