Any experience with McManus UK Ltd.?

Did anybody already deal with any of the McManus UK Ltd offshore entities? I do have a program, but not enough cash. I have been advised that they can fund investors with access to Private Placement Programs but they don’t want to joint venture with me. They want a fee for the service. This is why I want to find out if anybody has had first hand experience with this group?

Well, it is the decision of the investor to accept or decline a project (remember that they take a high risk giving money away to business start-ups).

So I would be interested in which services they offer and what kind of fee they are charging for ? If you tell a bit more about, perhaps other user can post their comments (I surely will :-).

In my mind the first step for a business start-up should be to talk with local investors, like your bank you want (need) to deal with in the future already.

Also have you tried to offer your idea to other investors ? Is the business you want to jump in something risky or "new technology" ?
