I would like to customise the ribbon on my Aunt's laptop, however, when I click FILE OPTIONS the words CUSTOMIZE RIBBON are not there.

Similarly, when I right click under the ? on the ribbon itself, the words CUSTOMIZE RIBBON are not there.

Can anyone advise me as to how I can get these items into MICROSOFT WORD 2010 please?
