Question Quick Shopping Cart Integration with Quickbooks

I have a quick shopping cart through GoDaddy, which is a preferred vendor for Quickbooks. I have followed GoDaddy's imbedded instructions for setting up the interface with my Quickbooks (which happens to be a host server, if relevant). The web connector is functioning correctly. Yet, the sales data is not flowing into my accounting record in Quickbooks, but rather is being suspended. I have spent hours with GoDaddy tech support, Quickbooks tech support, my accountant and other consultants, with no solution or understanding of the problem in sight. Does anyone have any ideas?

A wild guess would be either a permissions issue on GoDaddy's server which would be simple to test by elevating some directories to 766 or even 777 ( a less likely and secure scenario) or a firewall issue.

I understand that Quickbooks open connection to many big websites and might be a problem of cookie that can lead to the wrong record in the database, this is my guess.
