    Hi Bassu
    We apply Imonitor in our IT dept.It's professional employee monitroing software.It helps recording all the activities of employees online during working hours.However, if you google you can get many more employee monitoring software like Imonitor, remote desktop spy seems not bad,give it a go.Good luck.
