Strange, it is quite clearly stated that we provide hosting for Magento and only for Magento.

I don't know what Magneto is. I really don't. I've never heard of it. I live in my own little bubble world of ice5 commerce that I make, and don't get much time to check out other stuff.

I'm not lying to you, it's just food for thought. I may not be the only one that has never heard of it.
