Hi. I am building out a very simple company website which identifies our services in project and business development for the Middle East (we are based in Houston).

I would like to take the catalogs (large number of line items) from roughly 10 suppliers and embed that into our site as well as have an RFQ and Reverse Auction capability to support our customers in the Middle East for industrial / infrastructure projects. Most buyers are US or UK citizens, but some will be of the Middle East. So, localization is somewhat of a concern.

Now the bad news: limited budget.

Any suggestions and where to start? I'm thinking that an ASP provider can solve our RFQ / Reverse Auctioning needs, but not sure if they can provide eCataloging.
