Well I can't say anything about the service, because I've never tried it, but the site looks ok. The code is a little on the old side, but that's because you used Dreamweaver.

Your site looks good. The only negative thing I can find is that I would consider using an offline status when your live chat is not available. Your site has a LOT of information to work through, but I also think that is appropriate for your business.

I am not an expert but I can see the looks of your site are good. Seems like quite a bit of work and effort. I am actually personally in the process of update as well. I have been actively searching for a fulfillment center in the US for some of the services and products we offer from Japan. I will check around more on your site and see if we can use your services.
