    Looking for advice on handover strategy from legacy system to Oracle

    Hi,
    I'm looking for any good advice on how to go through the disengagment strategy from a legacy system to Oracle HR & Payroll.

    I'm not wanting any adverts for third party solution providers - just some common sense practicle advice.

    Will respond to any logical posts.
