Small Business General Software
I'm trying to computerize a small automotive business. The owner and manager are not very computer savvy, so I need to make things as simple as possible. Is there a program or programs that anyone would recomend for scheduling and making receipts?

getting started
I'd check out the major software vendors' offerings (MS, Intuit, Peachtree ...) and see if they provide any vertical options.
Also, does the business belong to any automotive trade groups? That could be a good resource.
