Management "How To" Forum
Being a sole proprietor with no employees, but managing several thousand freelancers online I often get headaches trying to figure out management issues alone in my tiny office. I do get feedback from my users, but when it comes to managing them, as in how to do something or when to do something that affects the entire roster of freelancers (I am generalizing and being purposefully vague here because I think this issue applies to a variety of businesses) I am often struggling to come up with solutions. It truly does help to have a place to bounce ideas around and get feedback from different perspectives which often open up doors that I did not even know where there. However, I can't seem to place in any of your categories and I think it might be beneficial to add a "Management Issues" forum or something along that line.

We'll kick the idea around. The Executive Lounge that I see you found, is probably a good spot for the time being.
