Honestly, my favorite SEO tool is Analyze It!, which is included in our ebusiness-building package. It ensures that each page is perfectly built and balanced for onpage factors. Those pages that pass Analyze It! rank highly for me. Those that I don't make sure pass the AI test, rank lower. It's quite an amazing tool, in my opinion
Warm Regards,
Denise

Get only the time-savers
I've tried more than 10 SEO tools and can tell you that a great number of SEO tasks can be managed with free software and tools or sone custom scripts written for your specific needs I've only paid for such enormous time-savers as Rank Tracker and SEO SpyGlass, as they do me a lot of good and are cost-effective for my projects. I still have to decide whether I'll buy BuzzBundle, since the whole SEO world is going crazy about social media marketing, I'll probably give it a try and then decide. The most important again is that you should only pay for the software that significantly saves you time on the most essential SEO tasks!

I prefer to use Google Analytics and Majestic SEO. Both the tools are quite helpful to analyze the details from SEO perspective.

Yes, I mostly use Google's webmaster and analytic tools for back links and traffic. Apart from this, SEOMOZ's onsite explorer is also helpful in analyzing links.
