A few weak ago, Google quietly removed the limit to the number of times you can submit URL to google index. Now Google Stopped Indexing, but you can easily index your site fastly in a few steps. There are many different factors that can cause indexing issues with search engine likes as-
    - Issues with Sitemap
    - Nofollow/Noindex sites
    - Robots.txt
    - Crawl Errors
    - Duplicate Content
    - Manual Penalty
If you want to index your website, need to changes your website according to SEO or Webmaster guidelines. When you make changes to existing content on your website, or if you add something new. Google will need to crawl the page identifies the changes and update its index accordingly.
