ReadyCloud is a cloud-based CRM software specifically designed for ecommerce. I use it to aggregate data from multiple sales channels (WooCommerce and Shopify) and connect it to my Mailchimp account. There are also plugins for discounted Flat Rate Select shipping via USPS and another one for easy returns.

I’ll give my thoughts on this and someone can correct me if I’m wrong but I think its sad that you have to use someone else's platform to handle your CRM.

Folks like SalesForce seem to be more interested in increasing profits with hidden charges than helping their customers.

And why do I have to go to someone elses site to handle my customers, shouldn’t I be able to handle my customers in my backend.

Other words, I think they all **** and their should be an ecommerce platform that handles your store as well as your customers.
