I think this has been aswered many a time on this forum .

Depends on your needs , and you knowledge of coding.

If you have no coding experience and want somthing imple , Worpress is very user friendly and can give some pretty good websites and cms,

If you have coding ability , drupal can be a really powerful tool < more so than wordpress > developers take to Drupal because it is powerful and flexible, so they can work their magic on it and create their own solutions.

Wordpress is the most dominant one out there. It is definitely a promising option! Another good one is Adobe Dreamweaver, it has positive feedback online.

I agree that the choice should depend on the skills. But I prefer using TemplateMonster website templates https://www.templatemonster.com/. There is a wide of choice of them, so it's easy to find a proper one. It has to be noted that the websites built with them are beautifully designed and mobile compatible, that is very important nowadays.

Do you guys like Magento for eCommerce? I think it is a really great platform these days. I would also recommend you to take a look at the service from http://www.mageplace.com/mageplace-s...velopment.html for some custom extensions and support. I think you will like it a lot and like how it works for your business. Good luck with it

I'd recommend you to go for WordPress, by far the easiest to use CMS you will find. Furthermore, it is very practical to customize as you can find a wide myriad of themes, both free and paid, as well as visual builders to customize your pages as much as you please.
