    Which software's are used for invoicing?

    Different invoicing software's are available but need to choose the best invoicing software for small business.
    Can anyone suggest.

    I would say Quicken or Quickbooks or whatever you run you books with. That's because of the dovetail nature between A/R and A/P. Once you create your invoice, it becomes part of your receivables and shows up on your reports. Your whole system becomes easy to manage that way.

    Thanks for your response.I am still in need of a software.
    Since it is for business purpose i need to manage my staffs, all the task and i need to manage my customer follow-up too.
    I need to think twice.

    ease of use
    cost affordable
    performance
    support
    Features...
    I would suggest Apptivo software suitable to small business. above mentioned and many additional features available try to reach them.

    You can use a software platform called Primaseller for generating invoices. They are also integrated with Quickbooks for your accounting purposes. SO, whenever you make sale and generate an invoice the financial and inventory detail automatically goes into Quickbooks.
    So, I think you can create customized invoices using this platform. They are pretty reasonable also.
