Dear folks

I have got friend of mine who has a kitchen factory and he was asking me if I am aware of any software (database) can be used by his receptionist when she receive a call from a client , she need to take his/her name and his/her details with his/her request rather than writing on a sticky note.

Microsoft access when I checked I found it has column for a first and last name and contact number and company but I couldn't find a column for a customer request
