Regarding franchise law

I want to know whether it is possible to cancel the agreement of a restaurant franchise before its expiry. Please tell me about its legal procedure. I'm not an attorney, and I strongly suggest you consult yours. Having said that...

There is probably some sort of "early termination" type clause in the contract. But it also has a lot to do with how much longer you have left in the contract before it expires. If it is soon enough, just be aware there is never an obligation to renew it and I'd just let it expire.
