Problem with the payments
I'm new here .. so sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong place.
One of my customers has an issue with PayPal and he is not able to pay via PayPal. My website only accept payments via PayPal.
The customer provided me with all his credit card details so I can take the payment directly ... I only have the online store which accept payment via PayPal .. I contacted the PayPal to see if they can do the transaction directly but it does not seem like they have such an option.
I wonder if anyone have a solution that I can use to sort out this problem. I mean when you order something over the telephone, you provided your credit card details and they take the money directly .. but I'm not sure how can I do that for my business

Suggest you to search google to help you out. Paypal is used by many software companies too . So best think is to know what ? and Whom to approach for this issue.
