What version of QB to use?

Which version of QB do you like better and why, the desktop version or the online version?

You should spell out QuickBooks so that people will be certain that is what you are asking for.

The version depends on YOUR company and YOUR company's needs.

If you have remote people that need to access the data, the online version is easier to setup to share.

That actually depends on your requirements. If you are a freelance accountant or CPA, things will be a bit different rather than working for a company.

QuickBooks Online is a good prospect if you are a small business and have limited feature requirements. On the other hand, QuickBooks Desktop offers you all the features and cater to different businesses of all sizes.

QuickBooks Online is a good option when you need remote access to your data. However, in the case of QuickBooks Desktop, it is also possible. There are many third-party providers such as Ace Cloud Hosting, which host QB desktop on the cloud to offer you remote accessibility and security.
