LogMeIn
I use this incredible remote tool called "LogmeIn" it is web based, no need to install any specific software on client's machine. (http://www.LogmeIn.com)
Just install LogmeIn on your server and Invite Guest, the guest computer can access via browser using ActiveX, Java applet or Html and you are connected remotely without any delay and offers all other features such as file manager etc, priced around 12$ per mth u can get it for 8$ too with promo code offers ...
Try the eval you might like it, this is best suited for small business ...

I'm definitely going to agree on this count; I run a small tech support firm and logmein Rescue has become absolutely integral to the way my business is run. On top of that I use Pro at home and in the office to transfer files or just poke around my computer in case I need to. The web-based interface is what sells it for most of our customers. Highly reccomended!

I have modified vnc to access the computers of my clients, the interesting is here, into the lan there are 10 operators with the viewer active now the client only need to enter a code from the 0 to 9 in order to receive support of the corresponding operator.
The client does not have to make modification the installer does everything, only it´s necessary to open ports in the network where they are the operators.
All the operators can be acceding computers simultaneously.
the Link of the program is in Spanish but could be translated.
