As a newbie here, I am not able to find my replies as they are not visible. Unfortunately i have written several times for one thread.
I feel there should have to be no moderation time. The replies should visible instantly and if it violates any rule the admin can delete the post.
Sorry - we don't want you to have to see all the PORN and other SPAM that get posted by new people/spam bots... After a certain point/number of posts etc your posts will automatically show.
EDIT: Since you are familiar with SEO/page rankings etc.... There are currently about 20 Google-Yahoo and Bing spiders crawling our site. We don't want them picking up on the porn and spam I mentioned... Our site would get bad rankings etc...
