Hi... I just joined the forum after lurking for a bit, and I have a quick question.

I am in the process of starting in the e-commerce world... I am just about legal from the states point of view, and I just got my website, which is a blank slate.

A lot of the products that I sell have a Minimum advertised price policy, where the sale price (if less then MAP), cannot be displayed until the product is in the shopping cart. I am having a tough time trynig to find a cart program that will handle this...

I really like litecommerce. I am basically a business guy, with little interest in coding and whatnot. I have made static sites before, but nothing with a database. I am looking for a very user friendly program, that is easily modified with frontpage or the like. I don't want to use yahoo or paypal, as well. And it has to be professional looking. And it has to be pink. Ok, just getting carried away.

Any suggestions?
Thanks

Hi,

I know for sure that Everest E-Commerce software has this capbility to specify an item not to show price and upon adding to cart display the price, just like how it works on Amazon site and it is built out of the box...

I looked into Lite Commerce, I think it should be possible to customize Lite Commerce by changing few fields in database and logical flow in the webpages this could be achieved ...
