Where do you get YOUR inspiration'?? I need a "kick" of it...

Hi everyone..

to any of you who have been in the eBiz game for a tad..
..where to you get you inspiration from?
where do you go? what do you read?
I know what is happening in my life right now is getting me a little down...but It is really effecting my out look towards my ebiz..
I was wondering if any of you could share the "secret" that keeps you going and forging on.....

I guess I just need a little kick in the A$$ to get going again..

I enter the various business awards to promote my business at every opportunity as this not only gets you free publicity it gives you the chance to look at where you have been and where you are going.

Another great tool to use when needing inspiration is mind mapping. If you haven't ever tried this go to www.inspiration.com and download the kids trial version and guide(up to five years of age - hey we are all young at heart), work through it and then use your business as the topic. May sound a little silly but it is worth a try.

I am in Australia and we have so many various awards, the local paper runs a Business Achievers Awards,our Chamber of commerce runs the Excellence in Business Awards, Telstra run the Small Business Awards and the Women in Business Awards, Micro Business Network - www.mbn.com.au, have business awards, and most of them you can nominate yourself.

The best place to start would be your local Chamber of Commerce. They always have awards they give out. It also connects you with the local businesses and helps you to network.
Silly as it seems problems inspire me, Nothing makes me feel more
validated and inspired then solving problems. That's why I'm in computers , because there are so many problems. I don't think that will help you but you asked.

I will look into the chambers of commerce thing

and the solving problems..I think I can see a few
ways i can apply that to my self...
